Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing is based on current material and labour costs and is valid for 30 days from the proposal date.
2. Final system design, engineering drawings and permitting are subject to a site survey and utility interconnection approval.
3. Feed-in tariff rates (buy and sell) are set by the utility and may be revised; Solife Solar will notify the client of any published rate changes.
4. Financing options are indicative; final approval and terms are subject to the financing provider's underwriting criteria.
5. Any project specifics, scope items or variations noted above form part of this proposal and supersede standard inclusions where applicable.
6. A signed proposal and deposit (where applicable) are required to schedule engineering and procurement.
